The diggers moved in this morning and the centre wicket upgrade is officially underway so no turning back now!
Thanks to Chad and the team at Fergusson Earthworks for the initial excavation work which will continue over the coming days.
The club is very grateful for the financial support provided by Cricket Australia and the South Australian Cricket Association through the Australian Cricket Infrastructure Fund (ACIF).
Note a few changes to the U10 & U12 fixtures have been made due to the pitch project.
The U12 match this Friday evening against the Echunga Cricket Club is now being played at the EFS R-6 oval and the U10 match against the Langhorne Creek Cricket Club will be played on the main Strath Oval outfield.
Thanks also to the LCCC for doing some fixture shuffling to accommodate the changes
